The work rebuilds itself from its own memory. From excavations and demolitions, reclaimed stone, wood, and metal become the raw matter of the building system. Less waste, more meaning: every wall holds two times; every texture, a continuity.

Since its opening, the place has become an icon in San Miguel-not for raising its voice, but for its quiet presence. It preserves the historic character while adding a contemporary gesture that enfolds the property's essence. Here the old and the new do not compete; they converse. Here sustainability is not ornament: it is method, ethic, and form.
